I bought this bike after going to one of my local bike shops, they had last year's (2025) model but at a whopping extra £800 more than I could buy online. I trawled the Internet and most seemed to be £3999, however, the clincher for me was thst Tredz only asked for £20 delivery to my home in the Isle of Man, so I bought ut, then I had instant guilt because I always put my family first and thought that I was being overly self-indulgent, so I sent an email asking to cancel my order, but then my wife basically demanded I treat myself, so I sent a further email to ask Tredz to disregard my email, which they did (think you). My bike arrived, my eldest son, who is a keen downhill mountain biker put the bits together, and then I went out on it for a couple of hours ride, it was awesome, one of my best ever purchases, but disaster, the dropper post stopped working. I emailed Tredz who reassuringly told me to take it to my local bike shop to get fixed and thst they'd instantly pay up to £35 for it to be fixed, but thst if it cost more than thst to come back to them beforehand. The bike shop fixed it within a couple of minutes. All sorted, ai went out up in the hills and plantations for a 4 hour ride. . . it was bliss, what a bike, more bike than I need at the moment, but hey, better to have it and not need it thsn to need it and not have it. This bike is awesome, I love it (I do have a hardtail Cube Acid e-mtb which I've had for 6 years but my youngestvson takes a lot of the time), this bike is a totally different beast, so comfortable to ride, and the battery percentage is a great addition. The dropper post is a revelation, it's ace. I honestly couldn't imagine being content to ride an e-mtb without full suspension and a dropper seat post. . . so much so thst I've actually told my youngest son thst he can have my old Cube Acid. Tredz have been awesome from start to finish, their customer service is second to none, thank you Tredz👍👏
