It’s not HR gibberish to say none of that is possible without great people. We might operate on the internet (alongside physical stores) but everything we do needs human beings to pull the strings: customer contact, parcel dispatch, marketing, technical services, web code, etc, etc.

We are a hardworking bunch that take pride in punching above our weight. Small beginnings have seen us morph into several departments with a team of around 80 colleagues.
We plan on growing, and growing fast. We change more in a year than other firms might in three years. There are some quieter corners of the company but if change, pace and responsibility are your bag then this is definitely somewhere you can thrive.

About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate Bike Technician to join our Giant & Tredz Bicycle Workshop in Llansamlet, Swansea. As part of our shop team, you'll collaborate with a small, skilled group of technicians, using your specialist knowledge to repair and service bikes. Going the extra mile to deliver first-class service will be at the heart of what you do.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Returns Supervisor to join our dynamic Distribution Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to play a key part in the operations of a dynamic bike company. You’ll be responsible for a small team, processing returns, managing eBay listings, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and the DC.
Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members are essential for success in this role.
As Returns Supervisor, your role will be crucial in ensuring that customer eBay orders and Returns are processed efficiently, and the team is supported in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with suppliers and multiple internal teams, including DC, Development and Finance, making your contribution essential to the success of the business.

Reporting into the Lead Merchandiser, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser to join our growing Commercial Team. This role will involve working with multiple departments across the business, including Buyers, Marketing, Finance, DC and external suppliers. A high level of communication, attention to detail and organisation is key.
Requirements:
- Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser or equivalent
- Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make product and range suggestions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, or similar tools.
- Problem solver and consumer focussed.
- Good numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail

Requirements:
- Previous experience in buying or purchasing, preferably in the cycling or outdoor industry preferable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A keen interest in cycling and a solid understanding of different bike categories (e.g., road, mountain, e-bikes, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make product and range recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- A degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
