We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Sales Advisor to join our Cardiff store based in Penarth, providing a knowledgeable, welcoming and efficient service to customers.

You’ll assist with the sales of bikes, accessories and parts, and help ensure the store is well-presented and organised. Your goal is to match customers with the right products, while building lasting relationships and promoting a passion for cycling.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable bike and accessories.
• Using your specialist knowledge to assist customers in all aspects of making a purchase from either our store or online.
• Process sales transaction accurately on the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.
• Help maintain outstanding store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support stock control including receiving, unpacking and restocking items.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, trends and cycling technologies.
• Contribute to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.

• Previous retail or customer facing experience (essential)
• Cycling knowledge or a passion for cycling (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As an Aftersales Advisor, you’ll be the person who makes that happen. You’ll take ownership of each case, using the guides, training, and support we give you to explain what’s covered under warranty and what isn’t, then find the best solution.
