The Giant Reign Advanced E+ 2 is built for riders who want confident handling on demanding enduro trails. The Advanced-grade composite frame is light, stiff and highly adjustable, built around Giant’s updated Maestro suspension system. With 170mm of rear travel, the suspension remains active under braking and pedalling, delivering a supportive feel that tracks the ground through rock gardens, drops and high-speed compressions.
Up front, the RockShox ZEB Select fork offers 180mm of travel with a solid, planted feel that suits steep terrain and hard hits. Combined with modern enduro geometry, it helps keep the bike stable and predictable when riding fast or committing to technical lines.
Power comes from the SyncDrive Pro 3 motor, using a 48V system to deliver strong, consistent assistance with up to 90Nm of torque. Support remains smooth even at higher cadences, which helps when climbing technical sections or maintaining momentum on steep pitches. The EnergyPak Smart 560Wh battery can be paired with the included 280Wh range extender for longer rides and big elevation days.
Shimano Deore 12-speed shifting offers reliable performance under load, with a wide 10–51T cassette that makes steep climbs more manageable. Shimano SLX four-piston brakes with 220mm rotors provide confident, controlled stopping on long descents.
Durability is a key focus. A titanium skid plate protects the motor, while robust frame protection and an MRP bash guard with elastomer damper help reduce impacts and noise when riding rough terrain. A dropper seatpost, wide bars and a mixed wheel setup round out a capable enduro e-bike built to handle hard riding with confidence and control.
Occasionally, without notice, manufacturers change product design and/or specifications.

* Mountain bikes are sized differently to road bikes. Typically, they are sized in inches as the first MTBs were produced in the USA. European brands like Lapierre and Haibike like to use centimeters for all their bikes. The measurements of their mountain bikes doesn’t match their road bikes but is like a simple conversion from the inches measurement. This is why we have included cm measurements in brackets for the e mountain bike column.
