Equipped with an SXC32-2 RCL air-sprung fork, the Talon 0 offers 80mm (27.5") or 100mm (29") of suspension travel, depending on the frame size, helping to smooth out bumps, roots, and rocky terrain. The modern trail geometry is optimised for control and confidence, while internal cable routing keeps the design sleek and tidy.
A Shimano Deore M6100 1x12-speed drivetrain ensures reliable and precise shifting, with a wide-range 10-51T cassette providing the perfect gear ratio for climbing and descending. Stopping power comes from Shimano Deore MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, with 180mm front and 160mm rear rotors, ensuring controlled braking on technical descents.
Rolling on Giant GX03V alloy wheels, the Talon 0 is fitted with Maxxis Rekon or Rekon Race 2.4” tyres, delivering excellent grip and stability across varied terrain. The frame accommodates both 27.5” and 29” wheels, depending on size, allowing riders to choose the perfect fit for their riding style.
A Giant Contact Switch Core dropper post with 100mm drop on XS/S (27.5) and 120mm drop on M-XXL (29) adds extra trail capability, allowing quick saddle height adjustments on the fly. The wide Giant Connect Trail handlebars offer stable handling, while the integrated chainstay protector reduces noise and prevents damage.
