The Avail AR 2 uses Liv’s ALUXX aluminium frame, built from 6061 alloy tubing to deliver a strong, lightweight platform with a comfortable ride feel. Endurance geometry places you in a more relaxed position, helping reduce fatigue on longer rides while still feeling responsive when you pick up the pace.
An Advanced-grade composite fork with OverDrive steerer improves front-end stiffness and steering accuracy, especially when riding on rougher roads. The fork works with hydraulic disc brakes to provide consistent control in wet or dry conditions.
Comfort is further enhanced by the D-Fuse composite seatpost, which flexes slightly to absorb road vibrations. Wide 700x32c Giant Gavia Fondo tyres add extra stability and grip, and the frame can accommodate tubeless tyres up to 38c, opening the door to light gravel and broken back roads.
Shimano Tiagra 2x10-speed gearing offers reliable shifting and a practical gear range, with a 50/34 chainset and 10–34 cassette suited to rolling terrain and longer climbs. Giant S-R2 Disc wheels are tubeless ready, helping reduce punctures and improve ride quality when set up tubeless.
Practical touches include mounts for racks and mudguards, making the Avail AR 2 easy to adapt for commuting, touring or winter riding. It’s a capable, comfortable road bike built to handle varied surfaces and longer days with confidence
