I highly recommend the Schwalbe Clik Valves. I have never really liked Presta valves because they are very fiddly, and it's difficult to be sure of what your pressure actually is because it's so easy to accidentally let some air out when attaching or removing the pump. With the SCVs, you just pop the cap off the valve, click the pump head on and you can immediately check the pressure and adjust as needed. It is then equally easy to take the pump off again and replace the cap. The entire process just takes seconds. This is assuming that you also have the adapter - if you don't you can potentially still use a normal Presta pump, just not with the super-easy click functionality. BUT this only applies to the type of Presta pump that attach by sliding on and locking with a lever - the type that screw onto the Presta valves don't work with SCVs. So, in my case, I can use my existing track pump without the adapter, but my existing mini pump that I carry with me does not work without the adapter. The adapter fits into a Schrader pump head, and works with both the lever kind and the screw-on kind of Schrader pumps, so, in my case, I can use the adapter on either of those two pumps. Unfortunately, at the time of writing this review, the adapter option seems to have disappeared from the drop-down list on the product page - I can only assume that it will return at some point. You can still get the option that completely replaces your pump head, but I wouldn't personally recommend that option because the Clik head ONLY works with Clik Valves, so if you completely replace your pump head, you won't be able to use the pump for Schrader or Presta valves from then on. Another point to be aware of if you are planning to order these valves: Replacing the existing Presta valve core is really easy - you just let the air out, screw the Presta core out (there's a little tool in the kit that you can use), and screw the SCV in (which you can do by hand). BUT this ONLY works if your Presta valves have removable cores. I discovered that I had some that didn't. So check that before ordering because you might need to get replacement tubes / tubeless valves if you have Presta valves that don't have removable cores.
