The Trek Slash+ 9.7 is built for riders who want the thrills of a long-travel enduro machine combined with the subtle power of one of the smoothest e-MTB systems available. Its OCLV Mountain Carbon frame is rugged yet lightweight, designed with a high main pivot and idler pulley to optimise pedalling efficiency and suspension performance. Add in an angle-adjust headset and adjustable suspension leverage rate, and you have a frame that can be tuned to suit everything from steep technical trails to high-speed descents.

Suspension performance is handled by Fox’s Rhythm 38 fork up front, offering 170mm of travel with a Float EVOL air spring and GRIP damper for control on aggressive terrain. The minimalist LED display integrates seamlessly into the top tube, giving clear battery and assist level information while supporting Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity for pairing with cycling computers or apps.
Shifting is handled by the SRAM Eagle 70 12-speed T-Type drivetrain, built for durability and smooth gear changes under load. With a 10-52T cassette and a 32T chainring, you get a wide range for everything from steep ascents to fast, flowing sections. Braking confidence comes from SRAM DB8 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, delivering consistent stopping power even on prolonged descents
The mixed-wheel setup combines a 29” front and 27.5” rear wheel, giving you the best of both worlds: rollover confidence up front and nimble handling at the back. Bontrager Line Comp 30 wheels with tubeless-ready Bontrager Brevard RSL SE tyres provide grip, support, and reliability across varied terrain. A Bontrager Line dropper post, wide alloy bar, and Verse P3 saddle complete a well-thought-out build designed for hard-riding trail and enduro use.
