How To Use
To make a perfectly blended, silky-smooth shake just mix a single 36g sachet, or two flat scoops, with 300ml of cold water or your favourite milk and shake well. Once mixed, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 24 hours.

60g Oats, 240mls milk drink, 1 tbsp chia, 36g protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup.
Mix together, pop in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours), stir well & top with your favourite extras. We love seeds, berries and nut butters.
As a Smoothie:
A handful of frozen or fresh berries, 300mls almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder and blitz until smooth.
Fluffy Protein Pancakes:
Blend 75g oats, 1 banana, 3 eggs, 4 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp/36g sachet of protein powder in a blender until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan, spoon out the mix & pan fry each side until golden brown. Top with your favourite nut/seed butters, greek yoghurt, berries - it's completely up to you!
