Cycling Shoes

Cycling shoes make pedaling easier. These shoes are lightweight and have a stiffer sole, allowing for more power in the pedal stroke and no additional weight. Road cycling shoes are designed to work with clipless pedals and have holes on the bottom for attaching a cleat. Most road bike shoes have 3 bolt holes for road bike cleats but some have 2 bolt holes for narrower MTB cleats. Cycling shoes with 5 holes will work with any style of cleat. Indoor cycling shoes are perfect for static bikes and turbo trainers.

Mountain bike shoes are available for both flat and clipless pedals. Clipless MTB shoes are compatible with two bolt cleats. With extra insulation and water-resistant properties winter cycling shoes are available in all types.
