Boardman TRVL Range Review
Gravel with TRVL
The Boardman TRVL is a gravel bike but with suspension travel, built for epic expeditions and off-road adventures.
Boardman TRVL First Look
We recently got to test the new Boardman gravel range on some gravel roads and trails on our doorstep. Click the video to see what we thought of the TRVL.
TRVL
The Boardman TRVL is designed for and tested on some of the UK's most punishing gravel tracks and trails. With 40 mm of front suspension, generous tyre clearance, rack, mudguard, and bag mounts, you can ride further, tackle more, and explore routes less travelled.
Adventure Frame
The adventure 6061 butted alloy frame features a myriad of mounting points for those fully-ladened expeditions where leaving belongings and essentials behind is simply not an option. Additionally, the dropper post routing and clearance for up to 50mm tyres allow you to customise it to tackle trails that even 90’s MTBs would avoid.
Gravel with Travel
Equipped with Rockshox 40mm suspension and 70 degree head angle, helps to keep your front tyre in contact with the ground delivering nippy handling and confident cornering. For those epic days in the saddle and multi day adventures, this travel will make it easier on your back and hands allowing you to ride further and faster than before.
Flat Handlebar Option
The Boardman TRVL range features a flat bar option offering riders the feel and riding position inspired by a classic hardtail mountain bike. There is also a drop bar version for those who love having all hand positions available and more hand spaces when running bar bags.
Tubeless Ready
The Boardman TRVL range is equipped with tubeless ready wheels and 45mm Goodyear Connector tyres, designed for fast rolling and additional grip when descending fast trails and negotiating tight corners on loose gravel.
Whether you are kitting up for an epic multi-day adventure or pushing yourself on your local trails and gravel tracks, the Boardman TRVL will keep you comfortable and confident the whole way.
