Trail Range Review
Available in a wide range of frame sizes with various specification and wheel size options there is a Cannondale Trail for every rider. See our range review video to find out more.

SmartFormed Frame
The frame is made from aluminium alloy tubes that have been shaped to make the bike robust yet lightweight with a lively ride feel. Gear cables are routed internally and there is provision for a dropper post for future upgrades.

SAVE Micro-Suspension
The rear triangle of the frame features strategically engineered flex zones which help to deliver a smoother more controlled ride on bumpy terrain.

Confident Handling
The Trail features modern cross country trail geometry that offers a well-balanced ride. The Slack 68° head tube angle creates exceptionally stable handling, so you can ride off-road with confidence.

Smooth Rolling
Each bike in the Cannondale Trail range features a Suntour suspension fork with 75mm to 100mm of travel depending on size. This amount of suspension travel is ideal for general purpose mountain biking.
The Cannondale Trail SE models have a longer 120mm fork which offers more capable performance on rough tracks.

Right-Sized Wheels
Each frame size has the optimal wheel size for the rider. The small and medium frame sizes run on 27.5” wheels while the larger sizes come with larger 29” wheels. Junior Trails have even smaller 26” or 24” wheels. This gives the best blend of fit, fast and fun for every rider.
Offering incredible value for money the Cannondale Trail is a versatile hardtail mountain bike that is great for riding everything from city streets to singletrack trails.
