Orro Gold STC 105
Sigmatex Spread Tow Carbon Frame
The Orro Gold STC uses Spread Tow carbon for a lighter frame weight and additional stiffness. This carbon fabric from global carbon specialist Sigmatex uses unidirectional spread tow patterns, allowing for a much larger number of fibers in a smaller space. As a result of this, the frame and fork are exceptionally low in weight, while ensuring brilliant stiffness and comfort. Without pedals fitted, this model weighs in at 8.66kg.
Grand Fondo Geometry
With its Grand Fondo geometry, the Gold STC was designed with comfort in mind. This geometry perfectly positions the rider for those long epic days in the saddle and delivers a smooth ride feel. But the frame is equally as aggressive and efficient when putting the power down on the drops. Every watt of power is transferred through to the tarmac.
Shimano 105 Groupset
This model is equipped with Shimano’s 105 11 speed Groupset and hydraulic disc brakes. With smooth braking performance and reliable shifting you will be able to save time and energy, especially over longer distances. This 105 groupset offers a wide range of gearing with a compact 50-34T chainset, to cope with different types of road terrain.
Tyre Clearance
This Gold STC is equipped with Continental Grand Sport 28mm tyres for a smooth and comfortable ride. With wider tyres, this will lower rolling resistance and soak up more road vibrations, particularly on rougher roads making every ride more enjoyable.
