On the whole, very pleased
The order was dispatched very quickly. Getting the bike rideable (adding pedals, sorting seat and handlebars) was quite straightforward. I am pleased with the bike. The only downside was that I ordered some pedal clips which cannot be fitted to the pedals on the bike, so have resorted to using my old clips. It would have been helpful, if this could have been checked before the bike and clips were sent out. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

I have ordered several items from Tredz finding the website easy to use with competitive pricing. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address on this occasion but Tredz customer services and indeed DHL responded swiftly to resolve this issue within a couple of hours. I found customer services to be efficient and helpful, keep up the good work!
