I have to say the whole process was brilliant. Excellent communication, when I though DHL had messed up my delivery and I could not get in touch with DHL I called treds and they honestly sorted everything immediately. Delivery as expected and promised. Bike came set up with everything required. I love my specilized bike. Hiring the trails every weekend! Thank you!
